Nicole Pates is a paediatric physiotherapist and founder of Western Kids Health, where she brings experts together to deliver evidence-based approaches to children with chronic conditions. Her desire to improve healthcare quality and access for children, and to improve job security and flexibility for health professionals, led to her founding of Western Kids Health where she remains managing director.
