Judicate brings justice online
As online mediation grows in popularity globally, Aaron McDonald says his Judicate platform will make access to justice easier.
Aaron McDonald founded Pragma Lawyers in 2014. Pragma Lawyers is a broad commercial and disputes practice, specialising in helping its clients avoid and resolve disputes in the most efficient way. Prior to establishing Pragma, he specialised in dispute resolution at a major international law firm.
Mr McDonald was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008, and in the High Court of Australia in 2009. He regularly appears as an advocate in all Courts and Tribunals.
Mr McDonald lectures to law and business students at tertiary level, including establishing and coordinating the Innovation in Legal Practice Management Unit taught at the University of Western Australia's Law School. He also gives presentations to members of the legal profession, including a presentation with the Chief Justice of Western Australia on best practice in mediation.
Mr McDonald graduated with a Masters of Laws from the University of Western Australia. He is chair of the Subiaco Justice Centre, a not-for-profit community legal centre he founded in 2017.
