James Clarke worked as a recruitment consultant for Robert Walters, and saw an opportunity to assist the highly skilled international professionals wanting to migrate to Australia. Mr Clarke started his own migration company, Global Enterprises Group, later merging with a Chinese human resources company to become LH Global.

Mr Clarke is a winner in the Business News 40under40 Awards in 2020.
