Rachael Ferguson is the founder of Elite Sports Podiatry, and chief executive and co-founder of SynxBody.

Ms Ferguson established Synxsole in 2011, having practised as a podiatrist since 2004. The business is now known as SynxBody, with products including foot and ankle compression sleeves.
