As Managing Director, Damione took a product and developed it and in doing so has provided high-performing, task-specific hand protection and is now Australia’s largest technical glove company. Damione’s energy, persistence and vision in Wrights HardWear’s endeavours have been instrumental in differentiating the company from other ‘traditional’ glove suppliers. Their aim was to go above and beyond with total belief in their product.
