St John of God Health Care chief quits
St John of God Health Care group chief executive Shane Kelly has resigned after more than four years in the role.
Bryan Pyne joined St John Of God Health Care in 1998 as a corporate finance manager. He then became its director of corporate and financial services in 2003 before becoming group director of finance in 2007 and chief operating officer in August 2018. As one of Western Australia’s youngest senior finance executives, Mr Pyne helped shaped the direction and success of several of the state’s organisations. As group director of finance, his role as chief steward of financial resources is critical to its ongoing presence as both an employer and a provider of healthcare. In December 2022, Mr Pyne became the acting group chief executive of St John of God Health Care. He was formally appointed as group chief executive in April 2023.
