Owner / Vassallo Corporation

Rory Vassallo heads private investment company Vassallo Corporation and is best known for the sale of his WA childcare business for a reported $65 million. Vassallo Corp built its portfolio of 22 Great Beginnings childcare centres from scratch in 2003 before selling to ASX-listed G8 Education in 2014.

Mr Vassallo was a Business News’ 40under40 award winner in 2010 and won the emerging business category in EY’s Entrepreneur of The Year awards in 2011.

He was appointed to head R Marine’s Perth dealership in 2014; R Marine distributes Riviera and Belize luxury power boats. Mr Vassallo has been a director of South Fremantle Football Club since 2013, and co-owner of Perth Heat since 2018.
