Datacom continues growth despite GFC
Concerted investment in people has helped Rising Stars award winner Datacom Systems WA maintain strong growth despite challenging market conditions.
With over 5,200 people, and annual revenues of over $1.2 billion, Datacom Group is one of Australasia’s largest professional IT services companies. The group was founded in 1965. It has operated in WA since 2007, trading initially as Datacom Systems WA when the WA venture was partly owned by local management. In 2015, Datacom Group acquired the shareholdings of those minority partners.
Datacom has extensive expertise in the operation of contact centres, data centres, the provision of IT services, software engineering and application management, as well as payroll and customer service design and operations.
