She was hired as state delivery manager for technology consultancy Readify, where she doubled the Perth team. Ms Edwards is also the chief executive of a startup called SHOUTOUT, which is a platform designed to help organisations create a culture of gratitude. She is additionally the events manager for Women in Technology WA, an organiser and committee member for NodeGirls Perth, Playup Perth and Women Who Code Melbourne, and a mentor for the Beacon Foundation.
