Adam Wilson worked as an underground miner with Barminco until a severe back injury forced him to leave the job at the age of 26. After a brief stint in real estate, he returned to the industry, working in mining management roles. In 2016, Mr Wilson co-founded mining recruitment company KCA Site Services.
