Bianca Sandri co-founded successful town planning firm Urbanista Town Planning at 25 years old.
Ms Sandri has worked on some of Western Australia's most high profile mixed-use developments, and specialises in all areas of town planning inclusive of the State Administrative Tribunal. She advocates for good built form, activation of town centres, government transparency and people-centred development.
Ms Sandri gained extensive local government experience working in a number of councils across Perth. She was a planning officer at the cities of Vincent and Bayswater, and six years as a councillor on Tamala Park Regional Council. She will step down as councillor at the City of Stirling in October 2023 to become the director of community services at the City of Bayswater.
Ms Sandri has been chair of Tamala Park Regional Council, former deputy mayor at the City of Stirling, land redevelopment committee member for the DevelopmentWA area of Scarborough, an alternate Joint Development Assessment panel member, and sits on several community boards.
She was awarded Business News 40under40 award in 2019.
