Miles most significant business achievement is the establishment and development of his new business, the Mediserve Nursing Agency. The agency started as an idea in 1996 and is now a 25 million dollar business with over 2,500 staff. From a great idea and lots of hard work, Mediserve has expanded across the country and now has offices not only in Perth but also in Darwin, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
