Chris Jenzen

A key accomplishment for Chris was when he acquired the struggling business Rafferty Body Builders and developed it to Custom Equip Engineering, designing and building agricultural equipment. He turned the business around and in two years has taken the floundering company to one with growth of over 5 million dollars. Chris introduced the staff to new and modern processes that enable them to enjoy their roles, improving morale and the standard of work and equipment being put out. In doing this his employees get their jobs done in less time and with less OH&S risk.
