IT services firm L7 Solutions was jointly established by Andrew Milner and Matt Sullivan in 2004.
L7 Solutions was acquired by Amcom for $15 million in November 2011.
In 2015, Cirrus Networks bought L7 for $500,000 off Vocus Communications, which had picked up L7 as part of its purchase of Amcom Telecommunications.
