Remote access to top-flight health care
The inequity in health services between city and country prompted Peter Tually to develop TeleMed.
Peter Tually is a Perth-based medical entrepreneur with a focus on using e-health technology to deliver medical services to regional and remote communities.
He is the founder and director of Telemed, which specialises in nuclear medicine to diagnose heart disease and cancer. He also co-founded TelemedVET in 2019, which provides an innovative nuclear medicine service operated by highly qualified specialists for large and small animal veterinary care.
Mr Tually previously worked for Bunbury-based Imaging the South, which has evolved into Global Diagnostics.
He is a graduate of University of Sydney and was awarded his Masters in telemedicine in 2006.
Mr Tually was also a Business News 40u40 award winner in 2011.
