Natasha Di Ciano founded Egami Style in 2007 to help people create their own professional image to help them succeed in the workplace. Egami is an image consultancy that offers personal image and professional positioning advice for individuals and organisations to develop a brand.To help the business grow, Ms Di Ciano created a product from the service – an image plan, to be considered a business plan for a person’s own image. She also attended networking events and presented talks at industry seminars, to increase the public profile of her business.

A second arm of the business, Egami Talent, specialises in executive recruitment, advising on methodology for identifying senior talent.

Ms Di Ciano is now the managing director of NXT Tec.
