Paul Claxton

Paul Claxton is the founder and managing director of Lightning Brick Pavers and has a self-capitalised group of contracting companies including civil construction outfit BOSCivil and manufacturing business Bautek Pavement Products. Since launching Lightning Brick Pavers in 2006, the group has amassed more than 50 full-time staff and counts construction giants Georgiou, BGC, and Multiplex among its clients.

In 2021, Mr Claxton was a winner in the Business News 40under40 Awards and a recipient of the Medium Business award.
