Bartier takes lead at BGC Residential
The state’s biggest homebuilder is embracing the opportunity to grow market share under new leadership.
After an earlier career in the automotive industry, holding various management positions with Honda, Michael Bartier joined BGC Residential's sales team in 2012. He was promoted to general manager of the Impressions and Perceptions brands in 2015, and to executive general manager for a number of BGCs residential brands in 2017. In 2019 Mr Bartier became executive general manager for the entire BGC Residential/JCorp division of BGC Australia.
Mr Bartier became general manager of business development residential at Atlas Building, after BGC Australia sold its commercial construction arm to Atlas Holdings - an entity owned by BGC director Julian Ambrose and his mother Siok Puay Koh - in 2024.
