Chalice is an ASX-listed exploration company with a portfolio of district-scale, precious and base metal projects Australia.
In 2020, Chalice discovered a high-grade PGE-Ni-Cu-Co-Au discovery at the Julimar Project, Western Australia. The 100%-owned project covers the ~26km long, unexplored Julimar Intrusive Complex, located ~70km from Perth. The discovery is considered to be Australia's first major PGE discovery and established a new mineral province – the West Yilgarn Nickel-Copper-PGE Province.
Chalice's portfolio also includes a number of generative exploration opportunities across Australia, including the >5,000km2 Pyramid Hill Gold Project in Victoria and the >1,800km2 Hawkstone Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in WA.
Chalice has a track record of value creation in the mining industry. As a result, the Company has generated over A$110 million from asset sales and returned over A$35 million to shareholders since 2006.
In December 2020, the company changed its name from Chalice Gold Mines to Chalice Mining following its expansion of its core business into other metals.
