Castile Resources was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westgold Resources, and holds Westgold's Northern Territory poly-metallic assets: the Rover and Warumpi projects.
In August 2019, Westgold announced plans to de-merge Castile. Pending a successful shareholder vote in November 2019, the Northern Territory assets of Westgold Resources will be de-merged from the parent company and listed independently on the ASX as Castile Resources Limited.
