David Jenaway has extensive experience in a wide range of high profile commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on matters arising in relation to the construction, energy and resources sectors. He regularly represents large corporations in high value superior court litigation and international commercial arbitrations.
Mr Jenaway is listed in the ‘Best Lawyers List’ for Litigation in Australia, and as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 where he is described as ‘exceptional…. intelligent, hardworking and personable’.
He has been with Allen & Overy since April 2014, initially as a senior associate before becoming a partner of its dispute resolution, energy and resources practice in May 2018, and as managing partner of the Perth office since February 2023.
