Interpeople is an integrated human resources consulting, migration services and technical recruitment company, who work with both international and local clients across the mining, petroleum, construction, legal, accounting and IT sectors. Founded by Conor O'Brien in 2008, Interpeople has grown from its original three staff, to having a team of 20 and will soon be opening an office in the UK. Interpeople has also made a point of identifying philanthropic opportunities and incorporating these into its business. They set up a special initiative that would see them donate ten percent of their profits to charity as well as hosting a charity ball and raising money for the Make-A-Wish and David Wirrapanda Foundations.
In November 2015, Interpeople was rebranded to Rigforce and Mr O'Brien remains its managing director.
In 2016, Mr O'Brien also founded Hiremii, an ASX-listed technology-driven full-service labour hire and recruitment company.
