Rolek Resources is developing the Barramine Manganese Project and Lithium, Beryl and Tantalum in Western Australia.

The company was formerly known as Shaw River Resources Limited and changed its name to Shaw River Manganese Limited in May 2011.

The company entered administration in January 2016, and was renamed Rolek following recapitalisation.
