Bernard Crawford

Bernard Crawford is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the resources industry in Australia and overseas. He is an experienced finance executive and governance professional with a successful career delivering shareholder profits, business advantage and return on investment.

Mr Crawford's experience includes senior finance and management positions with NYSE, TSX and ASX listed resource companies. He provides chief financial officer and company secretary expertise to both listed and unlisted public entities.

He also has experience with ASX listings and capital raisings, and a sound knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Companies Act requirements.
