Kyla Garic has resigned as joint company secretary of Calidus Resources. James Carter, current chief financial officer, will become the sole company secretary.

Ms Garic holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Accounting, Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, and Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
