Flinders dumps delisting plans
Flinders Mines has abandoned its bid to delist from the ASX, following a battle with minority shareholders over the proposal.
Red Hawk Mining (formerly Flinders Mines) is an ASX-listed exploration and development company with a focus in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
The company moved its headquarters from Adelaide to Perth In April 2017, and changed its name from Flinders Mines to Red Hawk Mining in July 2023.
Red Hawk Mining was acquired by FMG in 2025 and delisted on February 28, 2025
