Michael Billing is an accountant with over 35 years of mining industry experience in company secretarial, senior commercial, and chief financial officer roles including lengthy periods with Bougainville Copper and WMC Resources.
Mr Billing worked extensively with junior resource companies since the late 1990s. He is the executive chair of ASX- and AIM-listed Thor Mining, and non-executive chair of ASX-listed Black Fire Minerals. He was chair of ASX-listed Western Desert Resources and non-executive director of Australasia Gold.
