Millennium Minerals

Millennium Minerals was an Australia-based mineral exploration company. It was engaged in the exploration of gold and development of the Nullagine gold project in the Pilbara region northern Western Australia.

Millenium Minerals entered into voluntary administration in November 2019. The company was later refinanced through a DOCA, and delisted from the ASX in May 2020.

The company was acquired by Novo Resources in the second half of 2020.
