Pilbara gold explorer Millennium Minerals has appointed Heritas Capital Management (Australia) chief portfolio manager John Morton as a non-executive director, following the resignation of Simon Durack from the board.

Minrex Resources has agreed to a reverse takeover by private firm Skin Elements, a sunscreen and cosmetics company steered by former New Tel head Peter Malone and corporate advisor Luke Martino.
