Gregory Bittar has a Bachelor Economics and Bachelor of Laws (University of Sydney), and a Masters in Finance (London Business School).
Mr Bittar has held a number of management and consulting roles within the resources sector. He has over 15 years of investment banking and mining resource sector experience in Australia and overseas, having worked for Bankers Trust, Baring Brothers Burrows and Morgan Stanley in London, Melbourne and Sydney.
Mr Bittar also has extensive experience in public and private markets mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and strategic advisory assignments across a range of sectors including general industrials, metals and mining, mining services and energy.
Since leaving Morgan Stanley in 2010, he became managing director of Sherwin Iron until his resignation in July 2011. He was executive director of Millennium Minerals since 2014 and became non-executive chair in 2017.
