Hartleys was a financial services company in Western Australia, founded in 1955. It listed in 1996 as Hartley Poynton and in July 2000, the ASX listed entity changed its name to HP JDV to reflect the prominence and brand momentum of the company's outsourcing and technology division JDV. In April 2002, the business was renamed Hartleys.

In October 2003 the stockbroking staff completed a management buy-out of the Western Australian broking and corporate finance operations of Hartleys from the listed company, which was renamed JDV. This restructure returned Hartleys to management and employee ownership.

In June 2020, Hartleys was acquired by rival stockbroking firm Euroz, with the merger completed in October 2020.
