Charles Fear

Charles Fear co-founded Argonaut in 2002 to provide M&A advice, undertake primary and secondary capital raisings, and provide stockbroking services to natural resources companies and companies that operate in the resources sector. He stepped down as chief executive in November 2017, retired as executive chair in July 2019, and was non-executive director until September 2021.
Mr Fear was a senior partner of KPMG’s Insolvency Practice (1985-1993), an official liquidator, executive director of Hartley Poynton (1993-1997) and managing director of CIBC World Markets (1998-2001).
