Andrew Rowell is a qualified and experienced geologist, resources analyst and corporate financier with significant experience in analysing resources-based companies and opportunities from both a corporate and finance perspective. He has more than 10 years of experience as an exploration geologist (oil and gas, gold) in Australia, and as a business analyst reviewing M&A opportunities for multinational mining companies, helping them to grow in Australia and Asia.
Mr Rowell then moved into the financial services industry, spending ten years as a corporate adviser, resources analyst and corporate financier for small to mid-tier Australian and UK advisory and broking groups. He covered a diverse range of commodities including oil and gas, base metals, precious metals and coal, and assisted to raise over $100m in equity raising.
Mr Rowell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (with Honours) in Geology, and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics.
