Carly Terzanidis is a Chartered Secretary and corporate professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry where she has been involved in equity capital markets, debt and equity capital raisings, roadshows, corporate advisory services, capital markets and governance.
Ms Terzanidis has been a corporate advisor at Everest Corporate since May 2021. Prior to that, she was an office manager for Shaw and Partners' Perth office, spent over 18 years with DJ Carmichael in administration and management roles, and was an assistant in the wealth management division of Hartleys.
Ms Terzanidis holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Corporate & Resources Administration, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. She has a Responsible Executive accreditation, and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
