Egan Street to get drilling after IPO
It was a successful day for participants in the Egan Street Resources initial public offering, with shares in the gold hopeful up 50 per cent on the first day of trading.
EganStreet Resources (formerly Auricup) is an ASX-listed Perth company that acquired the Rothsay Gold project in July 2011.
In July 2016 the then unlisted public company announced its intention to list on the ASX by way of a public offer and fully underwritten entitlement offer, which completed with the listing of the company in September that year.
In November 2019, EganStreet Resources was involved in an off-market takeover bid by Silver Lake Resources.
