Martin heads moves at PCF Capital
PCF Capital Group has appointed Darren Martin as executive director of mergers and acquisitions to the Perth-based corporate advisory firm.

Andrew Muir is a mining executive with approximately 30 years of experience within the mining and finance industries. He graduated as a geologist in 1993 and has a strong background in gold exploration and geology, as well as deep project evaluation and corporate experience.
Prior to becoming the managing director of Sipa Resources in October 2023, Mr Muir was the managing director of NTM Gold where he was responsible for significant exploration success prior to the takeover of NTM by Dacian Gold and at Caprice Resources. He was instrumental in the discovery of the multi-million-ounce Wallaby deposit while at the Granny Smith operations, was an associate director of corporate finance at Argonaut Capital and a resource analyst at JP Morgan, Hartleys and PCF Securities.
Mr Muir holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology, Honours) from the University of WA, and is a Fellow of The Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
