Ventia

Ventia is one of the largest infrastructure service providers in Australasia. Ventia provides long-term operation, maintenance and management of critical public and private assets and infrastructure across telecommunications, transport, local government, water, power generation, electricity, gas, healthcare, education, resources and defence industries.

Ventia was created in 2015 following the merger of Leighton Contractors Services division, Thiess Services and Visionstream. In 2020, Ventia grew to combine more than 50 years’ of industry knowledge and experience with the acquisition of Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services). Today, they have a workforce of over 30,000 (employee and subcontractors) across Australia and New Zealand.
