NRW outlines Gascoyne closure impact
NRW boss Jules Pemberton says the business is in the process of redeploying equipment and personnel after the sudden closure of Gascoyne’s Dalgaranga operation yesterday.
NRW Holdings Limited provides civil contracting and mining services to the mining and resources sector in Australia and Guinea. The company provides civil infrastructure and other construction services including rail formation, concrete installation, bulk earthworks, and road and tunnel construction; and mining contracting services comprising earth moving, waste stripping, ore haulage, and related ancillary services.
In February 2019, NRW acquired RCR Mining Technologies and has four business units comprising civil, mining, drill and blast, and mining technologies.
In December 2019 NRW acquired BGC Contracting, which was subsequently renamed NRW Contracting.
In February 2021, NRW acquired Primero Group. At that time, NRW said it intended to retain the Primero brand and operating business.
