NRW Holdings Limited provides civil contracting and mining services to the mining and resources sector in Australia and Guinea. In February 2019, NRW acquired RCR Mining Technologies and has four business units comprising civil, mining, drill and blast, and mining technologies.
In December 2019 NRW acquired BGC Contracting, which was subsequently renamed NRW Contracting.
In February 2021, NRW acquired Primero Group. At that time, NRW said it intended to retain the Primero brand and operating business.
