Perenti is a Perth-based diversified global mining services group with businesses in surface mining, underground mining and mining support services.
The business was founded as Ausdrill in 1987 by its founding and now retired managing director, Ron Sayers, with a single drill rig operating from Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
