Jeffrey Forbes

Jeffrey Forbes is an experienced finance executive and company director with over 30 years of merger and acquisition, equity and capital markets and project development experience. He has significant expertise in the financing and development of resource projects in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region.

Mr Forbes had previously worked at Cardno as chief financial officer and company secretary before leaving to commence on non-executive director roles. He spent time as a member of the remuneration and audit and risk committees of listed and unlisted companies in a variety of sectors. Prior to first joining Cardno in 2006, Mr Forbes was the chief financial officer, company secretary and executive director of Highlands Pacific, a PNG-based mining and exploration company.

He has significant experience in capital raisings and during his career, he has worked for a number of major companies including Rio Tinto, BHP and CSR.
