Lynne Saint has over 19 years of leadership experience with the Bechtel Group where she served as chief audit executive and chief financial officer of its mining and metals global business unit.
She has experience in corporate governance, enterprise risk, supply chain and project management.
Ms Saint holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Queensland. She is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA Australia) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In 2003, Ms Saint was recognised as the Telstra Queensland Business Woman of the Year.
