Simon Robertson

Admedus has appointed Simon Buckingham as non-executive director.  Michael C Bennett has resigned as executive director.Botanix has appointed Simon Robertson as company secretary. Mr  Robertson replaces Brett Tucker who has resigned from the role. 

Roby Zomer, founder of MGC Pharmaceuticals, has been appointed chief executive officer. Mr  Zomer was its executive director and chief technical officer prior to this appointment.Dick Herman has resigned as non-executive director of Aurora Labs.

Brian Simons has been appointed head of sales at AssetOwl. Mr  Simons has been in software sales for 10 years.Raj Surendran has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of DTI Group.

Paul Jago has resigned as non-executive director of Coolgardie Minerals. He has been on the board for 6 years, and will now focus on his role as managing director of another ASX-listed mining company.
