Liontown spinout targets $30m
Liontown Resources’ non-lithium spinout will hit the ASX boards in October after it raises at least $15 million from an initial public offering.
Minerals 260 was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liontown Resources in June 2021 for the purpose of spinning-out certain assets held by Liontown including 100% of the Moora Gold-Nickel-Copper-PGE Project, an option to earn a 51% interest in the Koojan Gold-Nickel-Copper-PGE Project, the Dingo Rocks Project, and tenement applications at Yalwest.
Minerals 260 listed on the ASX on 12 October 2021.
