Sky and Space Company is an ASX-listed company that plans to create its own global satellite telecommunications network by deploying clusters or "constellations" of miniature satellites known as "nano-satellites' into space.
The core business is incorporated in the UK, with research based in Israel. Sky and Space Global (UK) Limited is owned by Perth-based entity Sky and Space Global Limited, which listed on the ASX through a reverse takeover of Burleson Energy in 2016.
In April 2020, Sky and Space Global entered voluntary administration.
In February 2021, it changed its name from Sky and Space Global Limited to Sky and Space Company Ltd.
