Board Moves March 9, 2021

Ocean Grown Abalone has restructured its executive management team with the appointment of current managing director Brad Adams as executive director of corporate development and Rob Jorden as chief executive. Mr Adams became managing director before the company listed on the ASX in November 2017, and will be focusing on business development with primary responsibility for the successful development of its proposed onshore abalone hatchery and grow out facility in joint venture with Yumbah Aquaculture which will be located in Esperance, Western Australia. Mr Jorden is a change management professional with over 30 years of experience as a management consultant specialising in startup and turnaround situations. He has been consulting to the company since late 2020 and will initially focus on the Augusta ranching activities and sales & marketing opportunities for the company’s premium abalone product.

Peak Resources has appointed Giselle Collins and Rebecca Morgan as non-executive directors, and Jonathan Murray has retired from the board. Ms Collins has extensive experience in audit, risk, governance and compliance. Ms Morgan, a nominee of substantial shareholder Appian Pinnacle Holdco, is a geologist and mining engineer with 19 years of international resources industry experience across all sectors including rare earth market research, project due diligence, independent reporting and mineral asset valuation.

Sky and Space Company has appointed Leon Kemper AO and Richard Davis as non-executive directors. Mr Kemper is a highly experienced business leader with a 30-year career in the communications, software and IT industries. Mr Davis, a founding partner of New York-based space advisory firm Argosat Consulting, has a 25-year career in investment banking and private equity firms with a focus on space technology industries and applications.
