Andrew Metcalfe

Roule Jones, current financial controller, has been appointed to the position of chief financial officer and company secretary of Orbital Corporation. Her appointment comes as Todd Alder was promoted to managing director and chief executive.

Peter Clare has been appointed non-executive chair of Dubber Corporation. Current chair Peter Pawlowitsch will become non-executive director.

Keith Gordon has been appointed non-executive director of Ausdrill. Mr  Gordon has extensive experience across mining services, mining, retail, manufacturing, chemicals, energy and agriculture sectors.
