Noble Mineral Resources was formerly a Perth-based company which engaged in the exploration, development, and production of mineral properties in Australia and Ghana. The company principally owned a 100% interest in the Bibiani Gold project (later sold to Resolute in 2014), an open-pit mine that covers an area of approximately 49 square kilometers located in the Sefwi-Bibiani belt of western Ghana.
In 2013 the company went into voluntary administration and after various asset sales and restructures, it was recapitalised in late 2015 under Sydney-based directors.
