Giap Ch'ng Ooi

Giap Ch'ng Ooi has vast experience in the field of legal services for over 20 years mainly in the area of commercial & company litigation, property conveyance, banking and corporate services for financial institutions and public listed companies, corporate restructuring and listing and IPO and all other matter relating to mergers and acquisitions. He is an advocate and solicitor. Mr Ooi entered on the Roll of Barrister and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 1985 and was called to the High Court of Malaya as an advocate and solicitor in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University in 1983.
