Global Gold Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engaged in the trading of gold primarily in Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong. It also invested in gold equities and gold related listed entities. In addition, the company, through its subsidiary, Elite Jewellery Holdings China, engaged in producing, processing, and selling gold and jewellery.
In September 2017 the company announced a pivot towards its financial services subsidiaries, and in December that year had changed its name to PLC Financial Solutions.
