Milne Agrigroup

Milne Agrigroup is a diversified West Australian agribusiness comprising Mt Barker Free Range Chicken, Plantagenet Free Range Pork and Milne Feeds.

Milne Feeds was established in 1910 by William Henry Milne. In the 1940’s the business was passed on to his three sons Alan, Orion and George. Alan managed the company until his death in 1972, when his oldest son David took over as Managing Director. In 1987 the business was acquired by interests associated with Graham Laitt, the current Managing Director.

Milne Feeds sold its iconic Welshpool site to a Woolworths subsidiary in 2011 and leased it back. It has taken a long term lease on the former Chemeq premises in East Rockingham, where it was developing a new state-of-the-art facility.
